Terry Hughes
Vice-President
Terry currently serves as the Vice-President of Landing Technology Group, responsible for strategic planning as well as directing the efforts of several
business units, including auditing, project management and consulting. Terry also serves as a full-time consultant at a number of prestigious institutions,
including Columbia University. Terry’s primary focus is cost-containment, network maximization, and strategic planning. He has saved his client’s millions of
dollars in operating expense, and has successfully negotiated huge refunds for clients.
Prior to co-founding Landing Technology Group with his partner Steve Olensky, Terry served as General Manager of Wall Street
Technology Group and its successor, Outercurve Technology.
Terry has over twenty years experience with Verizon, holding a variety of managerial positions in sales, operations, and
billing. Terry is an experienced manager, expert in billing, operations management, and telecommunications disaster avoidance. His client list included
Columbia University, NYU, the New York Stock Exchange, Bloomberg and Reuters.
Terry holds a B.A, from Fordham University as well as an M.B.A. in Executive Management from Pace University.
Martin Brophy
Operations Manager - LTG Networks Division
Martin is currently the Operations Manager of our LTG Networks Division. He is responsible for the implementation of all LTG
structured cabling solutions and Vertical Networks PBX installations and maintenance contracts.
Martin is a dedicated field service specialist with a technical and managerial background with over 18 years experience in the
communications field with extensive knowledge of copper and fiber cabling infrastructures having worked his way from an installation technician to his
present position. He previously worked as a Senior Program Manager for the National Accounts division of both Integrated Electrical Services of Houston, TX
and MasTec Network Services of Pine Brook, NJ implementing national rollouts of structured cabling installations and computer hardware installation during
remodels for their major accounts.
He was responsible for the site surveys, job cost estimation, procurement of materials and rental equipment, scheduling all
manpower, project management and pre and post sales support. While these projects were being implemented Martin was the main customer contact and even spent
two years on site at the corporate headquarters of Toys R Us in Montvale, NJ to support their remodel installations. Prior to that Martin spent extensive
time with Williams Communications Solutions in New York City as an Installation Supervisor in their Norstar Business Unit where he was responsible for the
installation of the structured cabling and Nortel products. He also worked for Datatec Industries in Fairfield, NJ as a Field Services Manager, Installation
Supervisor, Project Coordinator and Installation Technician.
Martin has been certified in the following structured cabling systems: Ortronics, Siemon, Hubble, Leviton, Berktek and Siecor.
